My rank got taken away???

Hello it's Wild! You may know me as XxWildflowerxX on your server Minecraftly.... So I needed some help figuring out what happened to my rank :/ Ok so here's what happened.... I logged on the server yesterday around 4:30pm and was building houses or whatever and then I got bored cause the server was glitching or whatever and decided to go on a different server ( Mineplex to be exact ) for about an hour and then got bored from playing that too XD. So when I got back on Minecraftly I tried to shout "Hey guys I'm back on" But it didn't work....? So I tried it again.... "Hey guys" That's when I noticed that my shout would not work. I then noticed my "VIP" Tag was not beside my name. So I thought I was glitching or something... I then re-logged. Still, No rank..? I then contacted a mod UNSC_MasterCheif And, He did not know what happened... He said he would contact m.ly, But I haven't heard from him since... Please help me find out what has happened to my rank....

Umm... My problem was never solved, my rank is still to be lost in space :/ I need help ASAP I have to pay for my rank and right now it is a waste of money.... I need the server owner to please help me or contact me if any way possible. If the problem is not resolved soon, I will take further actions into hand... It has been over a week now and I am getting very upset w/ how this server is dealing w/ my problem... > Thanks for your time -Wild D:
