This will list out the basic guidelines if you are a staff member on the Mollyverse team. Unlike most other servers, we're pretty relaxed usually, and we won't limit you greatly.
1. Obviously, do not abuse you power. Don't use it to grief players, or harass them. Don't disrupt their gameplay by using your commands, e.g /kill, /kick, /ban, /mute, (without reason), /smite, /fireball, etc. Obviously, if you use /smite or /fireball as a joke, and the player is fine with it, you're fine.
2. If you are an admin, please ask Viet before, giving ranks, or recruiting staff members. He is the one who decides who he wants on the team.
3. Items from GMC, and /give are fine, you can help players out, giving them items and such. Just please, limit yourself, don't destroy the economy, or give a player something like 5 stacks of Netherite blocks.
4. If you want to participate in the economy, and you are a staff, you're free to use stuff at your disposal. Just don't sell game breaking items, and please, sell unique items. Don't sell basic items, let other players make their shops and sell things.
5. Do not use your power to manipulate players. This should be common sense, but I know there are people out there who will do this.
6. Feel free to be friendly and hangout with the players. Viet's servers have a history of staff members being involved in the community, helping out players, and building relationships.

These guidelines are subject to change, keep that in mind. Just use your common sense and you'll moderate the server perfectly, oh, and if you're a new staff member, welcome! We're so glad to have you here!

I. Roles and Responsibilities​



  • Server Maintenance: Keep the server up-to-date and running smoothly. Responsible for backups, updates, and critical bug fixes.
  • High-Level Moderation: You have the authority to ban hackers, mediate in escalated disputes, and make major gameplay changes.
  • Team Leadership: You will be expected to mentor Mods and Helpers, delegating tasks and projects as needed.


  • Access to high-level server commands
  • Free premium in-game items each month
  • Direct communication with the server owner for any new initiatives



  • Community Management: You'll be responsible for moderating in-game chat, Discord, and the forums. This includes kicking/banning players for rule violations.
  • Issue Escalation: Report any unresolvable or major issues to Admins.

  • Exclusive access to Mods-only chat rooms on Discord
  • Monthly reward of in-game currency



  • Player Assistance: Help players understand game mechanics, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Report to Mods: Notify Mods of any significant rule-breaking, spam, or abuse.

  • Early access to new server features to help with beta testing
  • Discounted rates for in-game purchases

II. Time Commitment and Shifts​

  • Admins: Minimum 5 hours per week, particularly during peak user times.
  • Mods: Minimum 3 hours per week, with flexibility around your schedule.
  • Helpers: Minimum 2 hours per week, focusing on peak times.

III. Community Management Guidelines​

IV. Communication Protocols​

  • Daily Updates: Provide a brief summary at the end of your shift.
  • Bi-weekly Team Meetings: Join us to talk about updates, problems, and plans for the future.

  • Incident Reports: Maintain a record for significant incidents and actions taken.
  • Activity Logs: Document your activities during your shift for the next person.
